The application provides access to the public cadastral map of Ukraine with various features including:

• Search for a land plot by cadastral number based on StateGeoCadastre data. Successful searches are stored in the device's history.
• Locate land on the cadastral map visually and obtain details by clicking, such as cadastral number, land area, property type, and purpose. Upon additional authorization on the State Geo Cadastre of Ukraine website with an electronic signature, ownership and property rights information can be obtained.
• Determine the land plot's location on the ground and acquire coordinates by pressing a finger on the plot's border displayed on StateGeoCadastre.
• Create lists of selected cadastral numbers for quick access on the cadastral map.
• Share cadastral number information from State Geo Cadastre of Ukraine via instant messengers.
• Generate navigation routes to land for quick access.
• Measure areas by forming polygons or recording tracks around the land boundary on the cadastral map.
• Stay updated with online StateGeoCadastre news for current land laws information.
• View cadastral divisions on orthophotomaps of Ukraine's Public Cadastral Map.

The application integrates with the cloud service at www.soft.farm. Registered users gain enhanced functions for land bank management:

• Compare unit boundaries with cultivated fields.
• Monitor lease agreements and their durations.
• Access information about shareholders and tenants.
